When to enrol in preschool
If your child turns four on or before 31 July, you may enrol your child in that year. Contact us to find out how to enrol.
Enrolment Information
Families can complete an expression of interest (EOI) form to start the enrolment process for the following year. Before completing an EOI, you can call the school office on 9316 9608, to enquire about vacancies and procedures.
In Term 2, we hold information afternoons for families to tour the preschool and find out about our program and attendance patterns.
Once EOIs have been collected, the office will begin the next phase of the enrolment process. Families on the EOI list will be asked to complete an enrolment form and to provide all the relevant documentation.
We inform families if their application for enrolment the following year has been successful via mail towards the end of Term 3.
Once enrolment has been accepted by you, we organise orientation opportunities for our children and families. We also provide you with more information about our policies, procedures and program before your child begins preschool.

Getting prepared
The NSW Department of Education Welcome to Preschool guide will help make the start of your child's learning journey a positive and happy experience. It contains handy hints to help prepare your child for Preschool. Additionally, refer to the side bar for our personalised Annandale Public School Preschool Handbook.
After your child's enrolment is confirmed, you will be invited to attend an informal enrolment interview to help us get to know your child, as well as an orientation session.
