K6WS is taught by Mrs Waldron and Mrs Shul.
We have been very busy in K6WS this year, working on some great projects and exploring interesting units of work.
Meet our class pet, Axol the Axolotl! We learnt all about how to care for axolotls during our HSIE unit. We discussed what we knew about axolotls and what we needed to know, and researched together as a class. We collaborated all the information we found and made a book on how to care for axolotls. The theme for Science Week this year was Robots, Drones and Droids. We explored the mechanics behind basic robots and constructed our own robots using a variety of craft materials.
